2 Solar Eclipses Apart of June and July 2011 Eclipse Trinity
Tomorrow, the first of 2 solar eclipses during June and July 2011 will be visible in the northernmost reaches of North America, Europe and Asia. A solar eclipse (new moon) is one of the two different types of eclipses, the other one being a lunar eclipse (full moon).
As the moon passes between the earth and the sun, it produces a solar eclipse as it blocks out either all or a portion of the sun. On the other hand a lunar eclipse has to do with the Earth passing between the Moon and the Sun, upon which the shadow of Earth obscures the entirety of the Moon or just a portion of it.
Between June and July of 2011 there will be three eclipses marking a special time for many Astrologers and their followers. Why? Well let’s just say the coming of three eclipses, two of which are solar eclipses, are sort of the trinity for astrologers as it promises to be a time of rebirth, renewal and reconstructing.
A partial solar eclipse will occur tomorrow (June 1st) in North America and Thursday (June 2nd) in parts of Europe and Asia. This is the first of two solar eclipses to come exactly a month apart. For solar eclipse chasers in India, I apologize for you will be unable to see the event.
On June 15th, 2011 the moon will be completely covered by Earth’s shadow, resulting in a total lunar eclipse, the second in the eclipse trinity and the first of the two lunar eclipses of 2011.
The third and final of the eclipse trinity will be another partial solar eclipse visible from the southern latitudes.
In astrology terms the solar eclipse on June 1st is expected to help free ourselves from the ghost of our past as it offers us the chance to assert ourselves and receive long overdue rewards for past efforts. Also the June 1st solar eclipse should allow a chance for us to delve deeper into our subconscious allowing a bridge to form between the old and the new. Relationships in the terms of love shall come together or suddenly break apart, either way it will be for the best.
The lunar eclipse follows on Wednesday June 15th and it is important that we manifest what we want in the upcoming months for we have received it from the solar eclipse on June 1st. Communication is imperative with those we care about at this time, along with being aware of priorities and subtle changes occurring around us.
The last of the eclipse trinity occurs on Friday July 1st and is the second of the two solar eclipses to occur exactly a month apart. If all goes as planned than those who acknowledged the first two eclipses will be more ambitious around their careers and abundant in finances as they become dynamically involved through movement and active communication.
The three eclipses, two solar eclipses and one lunar eclipse mark something special. Whether you are an eclipse chaser, an astrologer or just a person like me who enjoys marveling at the phenomenon when I can, the fact that they occur every 15 days starting tomorrow is something we cannot ignore. Solar eclipses and lunar eclipses are rare so try and get out and see them if you can!
