There is a new study out that claims the Facebook generation will not buy eight products.  I think it should be no surprise that newspapers will soon be a thing of the past, especially for today’s younger or middle-aged crowd, but other items may be less obvious such as cars, email, or beer.

Yes, you read that right: beer. Light beer apparently is where it’s at.  As reported by St. Louis Today, Budweiser believes four out of 10 people in their mid-20s have never tried regular beer. In 1988, that rate was only 1.5 out of ten. I won’t be surprised if we start seeing ”healthy beers” capitalizing on the organic, natural foods market. Oh yes, you can have beers with probiotics, beers with whole grains, beers with vitamin additives–why not? Slogan: A Healthy Buzz.  All I am saying is that Whole Foods Market would make a killing, but then I digress.  For more on this and other products that the younger generation will buy less and less, read on:
